eco-Surveys are based in Claygate, Nr Esher, Surrey. We provide surveying services to clients throughout Surrey, Middlesex and the Greater London area.		As members of SAVA (the Surveyors and Valuers Accreditation scheme) we are licenced to produce Home Condition Surveys and Energy Performance Certificates. We are also fully insured to produce Schedules of Conditions for commercial premises.

We are attempting to produce the lowest carbon footprint surveys in the UK. We therefore carbon offset the cars that we use to visit clients, we only use electricity in our office and homes from green energy sources and wherever possible we send Survey documents and invoices electronically. We believe that our Surveys have the lowest carbon footprints in the industry!		Our clients include solicitors and estate agents throughout Surrey and Middlesex.
THE HOME CONDITION SURVEY
The Home Condition Survey will identify major problems with the property including: ¤ Structural movement to the walls, floor and roof ¤ Dampness, rot and woodworm ¤ Issues with heating and electrical services ¤ Alterations and extensions It will also ¤ Highlight any hidden areas of possible concern that need further investigation ¤ Give you a simple 1-2-3 condition rating of all key aspects of the property ¤ Deliver a comprehensive and jargon-free report ¤ Help you plan for future expenditure ¤ Be carried out by accredited and comprehensively trained Surveyor ¤ Highlight any environmental issues such as if the building is in a flood prone area ¤ Provide a reinstatement cost for buildings insurance purposes.
